DEPOSIT REQUIRED
To secure the room for a private function a minimum deposit of $2,000 is required via certified check, cashiers check or personal check. If you are using a personal check for your deposit it must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to the final balance on your banquet contract. Checks should be made payable to Antioch Golf Club. Credit card payments will be accepted add 3% charge for processing fee.

GUEST GUARANTEES
Guest number confirmation is due thirty (30) days prior to the event. There is an additional charge of 10% per plate for any increase made less than fourteen (14) days prior to your event. Final billing is based on the guaranteed count and is not subject to reduction. If attendance exceeds the guarantee you will be charged the additional fees on your final bill.
CAKE CUTTING FEE
Cake will be cut & served based on your meal selection
CEREMONY FEE
A wedding ceremony held at Antioch Golf Club under the tent or in The Grille Room will be charged a fee of $500.00.
MINIMUM GUESTS AND COST REQUIREMENTS
A guaranteed minimum number of 100 guests or a $4000 bill is required for all events held in the Antioch Golf Club banquet tent.
POLICIES AND SERVICE CHARGES
All food and beverage are subject to a 20% service charge and 7.0% sales tax. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be raised only with the occurrence of an unusual increase in a food item or fair market value.
TAX EXEMPTION
Organizations with a tax-exempt status must submit a certificate stating their tax status.
EVENT SCHEDULING AND SET UP TIME
All deliveries must be made no earlier than four (4) hours prior to your event unless special arrangements have been made. Set up of your music, flowers, room décor, etc. are limited to no earlier than noon on the day of an evening event unless special arrangements have been made.
PARTY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Some events may require additional clean up due to age of the group or theme of the party. Additional clean up may be required for these functions. You will be notified prior to the event of any additional charge. A licensed security guard is required at child/teen parties, which will be at the customer’s expense. The number of guests attending the function will determine the number of guards required. This is for the protection of your guests our staff and our facility.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No food or beverage may be brought into Antioch Golf Club without prior approval from the Club. No donated food or beverage may be brought onto the premises. Any leftover beverage and/or food remain the property of Antioch Golf Club unless previously arranged with our banquet department.
DECORATIONS
Antioch Golf Club must approve all decorating concepts at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. No nails or tape are allowed on any walls. No open flames are permitted. Labor required for any hung decorations will be provided at an additional charge.
SECURITY
Antioch Golf Club does not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise brought into the facility for meetings or special events by the client or their agent/guest.
ENTERTAINMENT
Only DJ services are permitted to entertain at Antioch Golf Club. Music is allowed to play until 11:59 P.M. on Fridays, Saturdays and major holidays and 10:59 P.M. all other evenings. The Management of Antioch Golf Club in accordance with the Lake County Ordinance will monitor sound levels. DJ services will be required to sign a contract stating they understand the regulations that Antioch Golf Club enforces.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the facility per Illinois State Law.
LINENS
Occasionally special linens are requested. Your fee includes basic linen service. Any additional costs must incurred by the client. You will be told of these costs at the time of booking.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT
There will be an additional charge for all rental equipment not normally provided by Antioch Golf Club.
